What is the Head-Sync Assessment?

Head-Sync brings awareness to the intricate relationship between your brain, heart rhythms and your stress levels.

With valuable insight into how stress is impacting your health, and with the tools to manage it, you'll develop new self-care skills so you can guide yourself into more balance and harmony.

How does it work?

Head-Sync is a Biofeedback (mind–body) technique that utilises HRV (heart rate variable) software to collect real-time data on stress responses, energy levels, and sleep quality. This data is translated into simple techniques that help you to manage stress and learn to regulate your emotions.

 

The techniques are easy, quick to learn and uplifting, and with real-time, visible evidence of your ability to control your thoughts and emotions you'll be highly motivated to continue to shift yourself from stress to strength

Book your appointment

During your first appointment we'll discuss your individual needs and take you through the Head-Sync process.

You'll be given a HRV watch to wear until your next appointment, a week later. Contact Garry to book.
